Revelstoke Crossing will make getting across the highway worse

Editor,

Re: 4-hotel, 4-restaurant Revelstoke Crossing development could start in months, News, Jan. 18

I thought the process was to improve the TCH not give it another intersection with more traffic trying to cross. That area was the last section that would have supported an overpass/underpass and eliminated the ridiculous intersection that everyone is forced to use. The mayor comments about concentrating on fixing the TCH but more development in that highway corridor will only further everyone’s frustration in trying to get through or around Revelstoke.

Donald Pegues,

Revelstoke
