Revelstoke Spirit Fest Chili Throw Down defending champs Goldie Sanghera, Kimberly Olson & Paramjit Sanghera of Paramjit’s Kitchen stewed their way to another win with Indian fusion chili with naan bread and a cilantro garnish. Their well-rounded chili balanced texture with a distinct softness. Several competitors were throwing in little extras like bread, guacamole, vegetarian and gluten-free options as the competition heats up. Benoit’s Wine Bar (page 1) finished second, followed by the Modern Bakeshop & Cafe in third. - Aaron Orlando/ Revelstoke Times Review
